About the Role

As a Recruiter, you will be responsible for sourcing, screening, and selecting candidates to fill open positions for our clients. You will work closely with our business development team to understand client needs and tailor recruitment solutions accordingly.
Responsibilities:
- Source and recruit candidates using various tools and methods, including job boards, social media, and networking events
- Screen resumes and conduct initial phone and in-person interviews to assess candidate qualifications and fit
- Manage the candidate experience throughout the recruitment process, providing regular updates and feedback
- Collaborate with the business development team to understand client needs and tailor recruitment solutions accordingly
- Develop and maintain a network of industry contacts to support recruitment efforts
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of candidate information in our applicant tracking system
- Ensure compliance with all legal and ethical standards in recruitment practices
- Provide regular reports to senior management on recruitment activity and progress toward goals

The ideal candidate will be comfortable meeting new people frequently and have an ability to determine a candidate's potential through clever questions. They should have excellent organizational skills in order to build and maintain a pipeline of prospective candidates. Additionally, they should be committed to both meeting and exceeding assigned quotas.

Responsibilities
- Maintain and develop pipeline of eligible candidates for future open positions
- Conduct interviews via phone or in-person
- Qualify or reject candidates based on interview feedback and resume reviews
- Serve as contact person for questions from candidates
- Meet weekly quotas related to calls and emails

Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree. Masters in HR is good to have.
- Effective communication skills
- Strong organizational and interpersonal skills
- Experience working with Microsoft Office suite
- High-energy and passion
- Demonstrated ability to meet quotas

Important considerations :=
1. Bring your own laptop to work. Its a must. Don't apply for job if you don't have a laptop
2. Operational days and hour - Work from office Monday to Saturday 10 AM to 7 PM.
3. Renumeration - as per your experience and last job CTC.
4. Yearly Appraisal and increase in salary . From 5 to 15 % based on your performance
5. PF / ESI = Not at this time. Will be given when introduced .
6. Dress code - Smart casuals
7. No leave during probation of 3 months.
8. Notice period. 7 days during Probation. 30 Days notice after Probation.
9. 1 Paid leave a month and up to 12 paid leave per year.

Requirements


  • Bachelor's degree or in a related field is a plus

  • 2+ years of experience in recruitment, preferably with an Recruitment company.

  • Proven track record of sourcing and selecting top-quality candidates for a range of positions and industries

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

  • Strong organizational and time management skills

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and ATS software (Applicant tracking software)

  • Knowledge of relevant laws and regulations related to recruitment and selection

  • Languages (Spoken & written) – English, Kannada, Hindi or regional ones
