About the Role
As a Business Development Manager, you will be responsible for driving the growth and success of our recruitment and staffing agency. Your primary focus will be on expanding our client base and increasing revenue through the acquisition of new business.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement a sales strategy to achieve company goals and objectives
- Identify and target potential clients in key industries through research and outreach efforts
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients to ensure repeat business and client satisfaction
- Collaborate with the recruitment team to understand client needs and tailor solutions accordingly
- Negotiate and close deals with clients, ensuring profitability and alignment with company values
- Conduct market research and stay up-to-date on industry trends to inform business development efforts
- Attend networking events and conferences to expand professional network and promote the company
- Provide regular reports to senior management on sales activity and progress toward goals

Requirements
Bachelor's degree or a related field is a plus
3+ years of experience in business development specific to recruitment and staffing industryÂ
Proven track record of exceeding sales targets and acquiring new business
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Strong negotiation and persuasion abilities
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software
Willingness to travel as required for BD
Languages (Spoken & written) – English, Kannada, Hindi or regional ones
